Blood Gulch lighting removal/edit

I know there is a way to remove the lighting in Blood Gulch. Can someone lend a hand?

Im not sure about this..but maybe try looking in teh scenery tag?

look in the bitmaps tag and look for the sky tags and save the texture and edit the color and inject it back into it...(warning) backup bitmaps before any texture editing
