The purpose of this topic is to help those who are interested in entering the Bungie Art Contest. Post your artwork(s) and give constructive critisism to others to better each others chances in winning. Here's one of my first idea's/concepts: The underwater elevator in the Delta Halo level.

i'm readying my materials and rigs for a nice panoramic battle scene. hopefully there will be around 50-100 bipds, around 20 vehicles, and scenery and everything.

On their site i think they gave permission for everyone to use their content. "Must be Bungie related".

Think about it, drawing the Master chief on paper by you would fall under what you said, its still their content so....therefore they had to have given permission to everyone.

Plus no where in their rules do they state you cannot use their models form the game for this contest, it's kind of a loop hole.

Read rule #3... It clearly says you cannot steal someone elses work. So that means using Bungies work is not acceptable, with the exception of Veegie.

meaning you cannot go on the internet copy an image and then send it in

if you use 3d renders technically it is your work because you created the types of materials on the models and created the scene by yourself, again read post above

or they did not make it clear enough

Alright if you consider it ripping then why would they let one guy bend the rules if Veegie is the "Only" one who could use their models. Some people would have a lot to say about that.

Sorry Veegie im calling BS on this one.
