Mod's For Macs

I was wodering if any one could give me advice on mods for macs. I have had trouble using .rar files, because when i download winrar there is only a command prompt version for mac, and that to confusing. Anyway, are there any other programs i could use that are easyer? I especcially want the halo 2 mod and the pelican mod. Please help me, any information would be usful.

I know how to solve your problem. Take your Mac and throw it out the window. And go buy a PC. Make sure your throwing it out of a window that is 5 stories up too, otherwise it wont be fun.
