Actor And Actor Variant tags from AI Tut. Video

Ok for the AI Tut. video by Aztec and Some-Random-Guy whom ever is talking says "First you need to get the Actor and Actor Variant tags by Aztec from the file forums." well i Literally looked around all night. And i found out that Aztec is no longer on halomods and also that there are no Actor and Actor Variant anywhere. All i kepp reading is someone typing "Make them you self" in other peoples post. So i have 2 questions One, does anyone know where I cant get these tags two, if no one knows where i can get these tag then how do i make them. Yes I AM A NEWBIE at this. If I have to make the tags Then could someone tell me how you get the cyborgs to be on there own (walking shooting enimies ect ect ect...)

Download HEKPlus by Steelix, and extract a Marine/Elite/Whatever Actor and Actor Varient Tag from the original maps.

ok onthe video it says "open them in Guerilla and make sure the dependencies of Actor and Actor Varient and the weapon and Actor varient point to the right place the right directory." where is that lets say im using the map timberland where is the right directory and also how do i make a WORKSPACE for guerilla.
