dm and milkshape model injecting help

http://img169.imageshack.us/my.php?image=pat5ww.png this is the error i ceep geting when i try to inject my models. im not sure if im makeing my models wrong in milkshape or wat. hears the model. http://img486.imageshack.us/my.php?image=pat25km.png i see options to weld and things wat dos that do and do i need to do any of that i just stretche out themodl then exported the model. plez help
