ok i have two questions P.S excuse the spelling its late

1. how do i do these things.... make warthogs fly.... pp (Single) shoot stickys (Charged) shoot wraith mortars...... plasma rifle shoot scarab projectile

and question
2. how do i open Dothalo and h2edit i have dotnetfx but i cant open them

it would be greatly appreciated if people could answer this stuff

and yes im extreamly new to modding i mean extreamly new

To get most all of the modding programs to work, you need to DL the .net framework(v 1.1). That Dotnetfx file sounds like the .net framework install file. Just double click that and install. The other programs should work after.

As for projectile swaps, go to the Plasma Pistol Weap tag. There there will be 2 projectiles. You should be able to figure it out from there. Using the Scarab projectile will require you to use Insolence/Darkmatter to inject it from an SP map since the scarab projectile isn't in any of the Multiplayer maps.

And making the Warthog fly...I'm not really sure. I've never done it because so many other people have. I'd assume it would be either in the vehi tag or the warthog's hlmt tag.

go into the worthog tag in dot halo and check the banshee, flying, is a vehical, worthog weird banshe phisics, and has boost if you want

and i installed net framework but it still wont open (is dothalo ment to be .rar?
