Im looking for someone that can program a simple, greyscale drawing tool that fits the following requirements:
Must use Airbrush-like drawing effects (add lighter shade of grey to 50% and the grey becomes slightly lighter)
have an 80x80 pad
be in Visual Basic 6
contain NO copywritten material.
Well, thats it.
