custom vehicle creation help

ok im trying to do the tutorial in this forum and in tool when i try to do the animations i get this message:
model animation compression saved 0 bytes

plz help

no cause when i checked my folder there was nothing in it. and i figured out you cant do the animations part of this tut if using gmax and you just use the banshee's. so im not worring just using the banshees
