A Texture Fix to make Halo PC look like Halo X-Box

Okay, I did it. You know how in X-Box, the Assault-Rifle has a shiny effect us PC users don't get, even with a DX9 card? (You know this if you have X-Box Halo)...I fixed it. Gearbox didn't have enough time to finish the AR's shader, which gives it the shiny effect, because Microsoft rushed them. I also sort of fixed the teleporter shader us PC users were missing. Heres the PPF file you apply to bitmaps.map...

Um, have you played X-Box Halo a lot before? It's just like that, very shiny. I'm still working on the teleporter, which I think I edited the wrong layer, but it still looks kind of good. I'll be fixing that.
