Where can i find Blitzkrieg for 3DS MAX 7.0

When I export, It says Export Module Failure. I think it has somthing to do with the version. Where can I find Blitzkrieg for V 7.0 :?: :?:
If i had a sig, would you read it? I wouldnt...

the plugin is ment to work with that version as though ive been told.
