Hello, i know how to take pictures in game, but i don't know how to put them in the forums, i didn't see a tutorial here so i decided to ask this question.

You need to upload it to a hosting site.

Those are the best. You go to the site, upload your picture. Then it will give you a link, and then you use that link in the image tags. like so

i know how to take pics also but it the file extension is tga how do i convert it so it can upload it to a forum

Esp. when you don't know how to do it...
