How Do You Use PhotoShop?

Sorry if this is a noob question but I am so effin confused. I can't seem to do anything with it. I'm used to using PSPX but my trial ran out for that. Help would be appreciated.

yeah the tutorials are nice but i found just teaching yourself the est way to learn, push some buttons and remeber the outcome. of course if u really wanna get serious about photoshop i would seee some tuts
