3rd person view.

How do you do this? I have seen it done but only in a game trainer and I dont really use game trainers.

So how do you make 3rd person view?

Its only possible through a trainer becouse it involves editing the .xbe

Lol are you serious? An Xbe is an Xbox Executable. It is like an EXE or Executable on the PC. It is the file that runs everything else.
