Does anyone know who the author of the TF6's Encryption Fixer is?

If you read this and know him, can you get him to re-post TF6's Encryption Fixer as it is now unavailible on the forum (not there!)

go to halomaps.com click programs, then halo 2 , then Encry[tomatic Signature Tool , hoped that helped
