Can someone give me a tutorial on what you change so that you can turn and break better when your boosting?

I forget what its called exactly, but its like Covie Turn Angle (flippy) or something, i know it has (flippy) beside it. That should do the trick maybe?
Back after more then a year away from the modding community.
