HEK included progs: Tool, Guerilla, Sapien
Tool: Compiling (maps, vehicles etc.) .making tags out of ur jms, jmo ...
example tool command:
tool bitmaps levels\mymap\bitmaps
tool structure levels\mymap mymap
tool build-cache-file levels\mymap\mymap
Guerilla: create new tags (shaders...) and change options of ur existig tags with this programm
Sapien: Place scenery objects, vehicles, weapons, starting points, Ai etc.
