I was just banned from the files forum and i dont know why

Why don't you read your own posts
PM a moderator on the regular forums, they are all moderators it doesn't matter where they are logged on...
And what are you talking about "pm who and how do i reach them"
That's like saying "phone who and how do i call them"
To reach them just send them a PM(private message)

Ok,
Moderators here can't really do much, if anything, other then PM an Admin/Junior Admin...Which is what you can do.
I suggest PM'ing Yomama once (seeing as he's the most active Admin) explaining your problem to him.
