Forest sidewinder - check it out

ok, so I made this a while ago cuz I thought sidewinder needed more trees, and neglected to put it up (lots of my finished mods dont make it up anyway):

my question is should I still put this up? just was wondering what people thought.

ps: this is still beta 0.3 or something. originally I was planning to add in my self driving vehicles mod and some custom vehicles, the sentry gun (a shade that hovers really high), the cloner (a scorpion that shoots MCs and flood infection forms (fun to use as grenades in another of my mods

)), and the space entry vehicle (a ghost that flings you up sooo high - sounds noobish but is actually really fun to mess around with).

and don't ever hotlink to geocities...

and as for geocities... I hate them... ive learned my lesson about them...

if theres a unlimited bandwidth on upload it, then y do alot of pics need to be reloaded? do they have a time limit or a time limit for if no one sees them for awhile they take them down or what

Everything looks ok except for the ground. It looks like something green died on it. Try using the grass from bloodgulch instead of a homemade texture.

my only question is how did you separate the ground snow texture from the wall texture? can you tell me the names of both in hmt 3? I'm workin on a different sidewinder mod and that would be VER Y helpful - thanks

no. they arent there. maybe you should check it out before you assume that its there.

there is

levels\b40\bitmaps\b40_cliff_snow detail

and that changes the cliff and the ground.

and then there is

levels\test\sidewinder\bitmaps\sidewinder_ground

which is a view from the top that I suppose does nothing.

I want the addresses(like the ones provided above) of the ground bitmap and the cliff bitmap. or at least the names. preferably ones that exist...
