Utility With No Download? Could someone get it for me?

In this Post http://files.halomods.com/viewtopic.php ... c&start=60 there was a plug-in but no Download....and the plug-in looked sweet. so i was wondering if anyone had it?

go to www.hpc-tutorials.tk, register an account, go down to the hmt plugins section and click the xyz coordingate topic, the download is in there

thats not the xyz coordinates plugin, its my weapons plugin that came with my 60 plugin pack
