every time i try to build my map it wont go and i get this message.

k, ill get on it. i dont think anyone is going to be able to help me but i figured what the heck. if any of j00 know what went wrong id apreciate it.

from what i may think you might have the wrong files in there. I say start from scratch and get every single actv actr and bipd and stuff like that, make sure too. I cant really read that but most of the times someone might have skipped a step of PMI

(comp went down for a while) i have all the steps and the only thing i did diferent was change and add things in the bipd.xml file
