Can nebody make Glitchy's Wall Walker plugin into a trainer?

Hey I was wondering if anybody could make GlitchyGuardian's "Wall Walker" plugin into a trainer since sometimes I want it on and sometimes I would like to turn it off so I can walk. If it's possible... :P

No, it involves editing the map itself, so I'm pretty sure it can't be done.
