Coag Sniper Help

ok, me and my brother play system link everyday, and everyday, we play snipers on coagulation, everyday, he beats me, now,.. yall are going to make fun of me.. but,... i need to tip the tables, i had read a LONG time ago on halomods, that you can place markers, above the heads of the biped models, so you can see him anywhere on the map , well, i wanna do that , can anyone point me in the right direction.. thanks

(and no we dont have XBL or anything, we only have 56k internet -_-)
