Does anyone know where I can get the flying warthog mod for action Replay?

You can make it. Use dothalo, click on the <vehi> tag, click on the warthog, check the 'flying' tag. Save, resign, ftp back to the Xbox.

I can't ftp because I don't have a mod chip I was trying to get the mod for Action Replay.

yeah there is no way to have a modded thing without a mod chip, but we cannot talk about those go here if your interested www.xbox-scene.com
