1st one changes style too many times. It's all abstract but it goes from like the shiny render kinda thing to brushes...

2nd one looks like hair/pubes more than lightning, no offense.

H.H.H.,Start from the bottom of the faceplate(closest to the "Ring of Light")and pop that part off then slowly pry the rest off.Don't worry,you wont break it.I didn't know how to take mine off at first either
