Serenity menu problem

im trying to make a picture for the main menu for a map i have the adobe plugin(newest one) but when i click on the up "map image invalid.must be A8R8G8B8 (224x207 pixels)
now the image is 224x207 i used 8:8:8:8 ARGB (32 bit) but i cant get it to take ive spent hours searching for the answer i cant find one someone please help

I'm going to say this once, do NOT post the exact same question in two different forums!
Be patient! All this achieves is more space on the Halomods server wasted and everyone's time. Sheesh.
