No, the ground all black would look bad, maybe just the roads and possible make the grass look like its burnt, that would be nice, also maybe the base should be black like it was burnt or something to?? Just some suggestions for ya'.....

remember to change the slipsand effect with the flame char effect

swap alot of effects with flamechar

yea the blaack would looko bad. I have 2 problems right now. Thi first is with the flame char and slip sand. i have done this before and no how to do it but it wont work now. second is when i try to inject a new bitmap in hmt3 this error pops up Image what do i do????

Save the files as DXT 3 or DXT 5...can't remember which...maybe DXT1 No Alpha...just save it as another DXT (DXT1 Alpha through DXT 5).

I'm pretty sure it's 3 or 5 though.

bah

just replace all plants and tree's with rocks or something

and change the rocks skin...so it looks burnt

OK um this is kinda noobish but whats the bitmap for the skin of the base at bg called? i wanna make it burned. and do u have any examples of theings to swap with the flame char to look good. i tried some stuff and i sdrewed it up ad i had to go threw the map and switch them all back. i dont want that to happen again so i need ome examples of things to switch it with

the bitmap for the base is are called like metal strips and stuff

any thing like that is what the base is made out of
