Misc: Did anyone else notice this? or is this old?

i was click around and i notice where it has the description thing when you make a post that you can highlight and change it. its not helpful, but its jsut weird.

That's becasue that part is an input text box disguised as a caption so that when you mouseover certain options, the javascript can change it.
