Xlink still doesn't work for me... 3rd post

Does anyone know why Xlink isn't working? It seems like it just stopped since the site is down as well...

If I am not mistakin they are updating the site and things to Xlink One which is a MAJOR update for xlink.

Ok, Xlink is back up (says so on the site) but it still won't work. Whenever I go to start it up, a little into the startup is displays an error message, "Kai failed to download one or more components- please restart Kai to download these components." But when I restart, the same message comes up. I've tried re-installing it three times already. HELP
