can u make things into water so wen u shoot at it water will come out of that object? and its for halo pc. and i only got halo hacking tools and hmt.
like wen u shoot at something sparks or dirt comes out. i wanna change it so that water comes outa it.

well, I know it bloodgulch theres an effect that shoots out water, i ahev a mod coming out that makes the pistol a squirt gun, actually, but the one thing that you'll need to fix is that if the water effect falls too far, elite blood appears there, and it gets really laggy after a while.

What exactly do you wanna do? pm me if you wanna, and I'll try to help, but I'm sorta doing homework, so it'd be slow.

can u fix the lag that is in ur mod for squirt gun becus i reely wanna play with it.
