HEK Setup Problem!
HEK Setup Problem!
I have downloaded Halo CE and then I decided I want to download HEK. So i go ahead and download it and then when I open the setup, I get an error stating: "setup was unable to find (or could not read) the language specifice resources dll, unable to continue. Please reboot and try again." Then I reboot the setup, and now it doesn't even open!! Does anybody know what is going on. I tryed downloading from every resource and even downloaded with Anti-Virus and my firewall turned off and still nothing!! I'm need desprate help!!
