No, it's not, it's either it has a smallerr collision model or just the physics, this is really easy and just sad sorry, but no one would want this...

That's just the standard problem with the pelican when you PMI it because the collision model. You can even go under bloodgulch while driving it around. Sorry, but you discovered this on accident.

and its caused by the collision model of the peli, it uses the only other flying vehicle that you can be in, the banshie
so it uses that collision model or an ovoid thats roughly in the center and in the general shape, makeing it so it looks like the thing goin into the ground, very simple if your not new to modding
