Cel shading re-done.....for Xavier

I knew Xavier...he was a good kid and the finished product of his cel shade mod had thing i could make better just for him im going to make the entire halo game cel shaded the best i can and im startin from scratch....
i need a good dedicated team to help me get this done ....
is any one up for it?....
