How do you convert pc tags to ce tags?

How do you convert pc tags to ce tags?

I was wondering if anyone here knew how you could convert Pc tags like bipeds? could someone please give me a tutorial or something?

It would require a tag converter, one that SteelixB made, but has not, and will not release.
