Modding Trends

Has anyone else noticed the recent modding trends, how coudl you not!

There was the skinning time when ever new mod had to have something skinned in it or it sucked, there was the SP -> Mp conversion time when those conversions were pverloaded into every map for no reason, and now there is the modeling trend with the release of Dark matter.

So my question is, WHat will be the new trend after modeling?????????
