How do I make grenades spawn other things?

Ok, I need help. How do I make the grenades spawn something, well anything, other than grenades?

type in chain spawning in the search that will prolly be the fastest way for u to find out

some effects have the ability to spawn [bloc] tags, so i think they're in the map when your fighting the flood.
