Does anyone know how to create a website?

The subject tells all. sorta. Im way broke and cant write in html, does any one have a clutz proof way to make a website? im thinkin sumthin that looks remarkably like halo mods but different themed. that would be way cool. thanks.

make a website with dreamwaever or learn html those are the best ways to make one look at mine i made it in dreamweaver http://www.voyde.us i made it to play games in school

I recomend the INvision Free ones cause i don't like phpbb thats much.The invision free have a better ui and makes everything for users more easily
