another map signing problem

ok this one isnt an average problem i have edited the maps with isolence then when i go to fix encription and it gives me the exception error i have .net frame work 1.1 not 2.0

ok so i reboot the computer and i go to ADI to try and sign it and it says it works so i put it on the xbox and it says it doesnt

so i try dot halo same thing

then i try the fantastic 6 modder encryption fixer it says it worked but it doesnt

so then i go back to isolance and i try to encript signature and it doesnt do anything please help

is this for the new maps or the old maps? if it is the new maps then you need the Keep Sig. Map Resigner but if you have problems with the old maps then you should get the dotnetframework 2.0 and try signing the map again. since it should be part of your windows update, well at least for my computer it is.
