Model Copy Paste

Post by Shin »

I just made this great model with milkshape that took me like 2 hours, but when i tried to export, i found out that it already expired.

Now, i just got 3dsmax 6.

So i'm wondering, is there any way to copy the model from one program (without saving) and transfer it to another?

Also, it says to go to http://www.swisscake.ch/chumbalum-soft/"
but that site doesn't even exist.

So is there any way to override it or purchase it or something, so that i can save on an expired Milkshape?

Thx

yes u can export the model in many different formats, for now if u dont have the plugin for max u can export in 3ds format, but remeber u cannot put original models into halo, u can only alter models that are already in the game, by moving vertiicies, resizing, etc

No, i don't think i worded my first post right.

I can't save, export, or any other thing to keep my model cuz my Milkshape is expired.

See... i made this pimp model that you can see right here:
(looks pretty carpy, but that's cuz its not in the game, or with a new skin yet)

Now i still have the program open, but i can't save it.

So i'm wondering if i can copy it from milkshape and put it in 3dsmax or something.

Or...

i'm wondering if there's a way just to get past the thing that says that its expired and save anyway.
