How do you change weapon names?

i cant seem to get this to work i have Hex Editor XVI 32 please help

i use hexworkshop, but just serch for the weapon u wana change: i.e. search battle rifle, and in the right over battle rifle just write the new name. It can NOT be any longer then the old name. and if there are letters left, in the left where the numbers are, just put zeros so it cancels out the extra letters
