MISC: Closest thing to an Actual Battle Rifle

The new Walther G22 .22 cal gun semi auto with the ability to modify it to 3 round burst is the closest thing that i have found and handled to being a battle rifle look at this picture

your right The XM8 is good n all and is the closest thing but its not a Civilian Weapon. the Walther G22 is civilian and can be custom fitted with just about anything extra hand grip to look like halo 2 extended handle, and tri pronged muzzle

no he means the walter can be purchased by a cilvilian the xm8 is stricly for military use only and btw those paintball ****ing pwn the tippman is a pretty damn good gun but i have a spyder lol

the only problem is if they made the br a real gun it is not an advantage to have the clip in the back its much quicker to relaod if your ammo clip is infront of your handle.

no no the Walther G22 is for purchase by anyone but the XM8 is strictly military use no civilian can buy one its illegal but the walther is toned down to allow civilians to use it to hunt its considered a rifle

ive seen that too but it doesnt shoot real bullets does it? it just looks like a full mock up of the br it doesnt look proportional n stuff

I don't know, but if you put a scope on that baby it would make a nice Battle Rifle look-alike.

BTW, it's the FAMAS Assault Rifle.
