Ultimate Pelican Need Help

Ok Everybody likes Hugeass
Everybody Likes Cold Rush
Now I want do make a pelican like the one from Hugeass
then ill put a turret on back like in cold rush
and last but not least
I will make it have a gunner seat for the Missile launchers
and i will make it have Boost like the banshee in H2


is this possible
and anyone can do this if you want
cause i dont have my pc
my dad deleted everything


so please let me know anything about my idea
