Making weather in Containment

Ok i have the weather from lockout into containment. I want to make it show up in containment. I have also put the whole scenario of lockout in my map. Can someone please tell me how to make the weather show up?

how did you put the entire scnr into containment. Anyway, you cant have weather in a map that doesnt already have a waether tag. You see, containment doesnt have a weather or weather pallette reflexive. Some ppl may tell you they've done it, but theres never been proof.
