No he can't, that was a joke post pigfarkr made. He said it caused him a lot of grief (what with the angry emails, burning bags of dog feces, and whatnot).

And even if he did give away xapien, what's the harm? Personally, I think cluis is an @$$ for not wanting to release a program that he has that would change the world of modding as we know it just because he's selfish and wants to have near-exclusive access to the best modding technologies available. Personally, I have been searching on and off for over a month now looking for xapien, and I won't totally give up until I find it, Cluis be damned.

Oh, and by the way, don't bother flaming me. I have a flameproof barrier that activates when I roll a saving throw of three or greater on a 20-sided die.

May I make a note, Xapien is a program which CLuis wants to keep private. The program is not supposed to be released to the public. And please do not reply just to make a comment such as, "The owner is stupid for getting it leaked". There are some in this world who are not trust worthy.
