How to Default motion sensor to off???

How to Default motion sensor to off???

Is there anyway that you can hexedit halo2 so that the motion sensor defaults to off?? it gets very annoying having to go in all the time and turn it off. Thanks

NHDT > Masterchief/Devrish > Dependencies > Turn both motion sensor dependencies to "Nulled out".
