NEED HELP WITH MODELS!

Is there a program that will allow me to remodel the Vehicles and weapons on Halo PC? Someone plz help!!! I am trying to make a new banshee and remodel the warthog and ghost. I already have the banshee reskinned so I know how to skin. I need a tool that will allow me to change the overall model of the vehicles. Any help is needed!

if ur just starting, just get a crappy program like milkshape thats what most people use.
