ok well u no about the flame thrower... well i watched a video of mods..and a guy was in a turret shooting flames really far u culd c them perfectly and it even made a burn on the wall soo there is a way
i have been working on this. it looks pretty much like a flame if you change the contrail of the tank to flamethrower defoliant and get it to shoot lots of shells really fast, then get the damage effects to those of the flamethrower. i learned what i know about meta by comparing the flamethrower and grav rifle. those two weapons are pretty simple peices of meta. lol, my avatar is a seagoat, it is an animal that gets in your ship in the game Unreal 2 the Awakening and chews up your wires. i thought it was hilarious looking so i got the name seagoat and i have used it for everything i do.
haha. on another website my name used to be laagmatt.
thats funny.
anyway, change the LAAG's projectile to tank shells and then turn the tank shell contrail be the flame effect and make the flame particle the burning effect.
its that easy.
(i use hex workshop by the way)
hey this is laagmatt if any of you know me. hey alx!
thx voided gj. for flak nades i think that you could change the needle model, shaders, bitmap, and stuff to the plasma nade. and then change the other stuff such as speed, weight and other things so that the needle is like the nade, and then swap the plasma nade for a needle.

How are you just changing the contrail to an effect? Or are you using particle/particle syestem?
