Adding Machine to Coag Problem
I have been following the tutorial from http://www.halomadness.cjb.net for adding a machine to coagulation. I used the covenant watchtower instead of the ramp they used in the tutorial. I added 2 chunks instead of the 1 they added and did all the same things they did. The problem I'm having is after the map loads and I try to look at the object I injected, the game freezes. It doesn't seem to freeze until I turn to face the object. Does anyone have any idea why it does this? I would appreciate any help.
Thanks
Thanks

I tried what i told you to do and it does workshade45 wrote: What you can do is spawn a mach the proper way by adding a chunk to both the mach and mach pallette. once those chunks are added go to the mach palletes newly addedchunk and link it to your mach, now in the machines reflex go to your newly added chunk and for object type choose the number of the chunk you assinged you mach in the mach pallette. then just choose the xyz spawn points of where you want it to spawn.

Ok guys, I still cannot get it to work and I don't think it should be something that is too hard to do. I don't have a problem with freezing, it's just that nothing spawns. Here's what I did, please let me know what I have been doing wrong:
I drag over both the pod and the base [mach] tag from old_mombasa. then
I add 2 chunks to the machine tag.

Then I added 2 chunks to the machine dependency tag.

I wasn't sure if it made any difference if I used 1 chunk number and selected 2 chunks under the drop down, or just do what I did. Then I opend insolence and went to the machine pallette and under chunk 0 I chose the base, and under chunk 1, I chose the pod. Then I went to the machine reflexive and under chunk 0 and object type, I put in 2, then under the second chunk under object type, I put in 3. Under the same relexive, I put in the same x and y coords for both chunks, and added 10 to the z coord on the second chunk. Basically all of the first chunks were set to the base, and all of the second chunks were set to the pod. I belive that was all there was to it, so I signed the map and even encryted it, and when I load the level nothing is spawned. Sorry, to keep asking for help, but I just can;t seem to get it to work. Thanks

Yeah, I know what you mean Tarzan. I did the same thing as I stated before except this time I also added the 2 chunks to the collections tag and I made it spawn finally, but as soon as the level starts, the top part just falls to the ground and the lift isn't on. Does anyone have anymore suggestions as to why we can't get it to work?
