Yeah, thanks for the update...

One question, (I'm away from my xbox right now), is the only update for this trainer compatibility with 1.1 Halo 2?

they are both the same trainer, i didnt update anything besides make it compatable with version 1.1

xbox.

im using the xored etm mini-launcher and the trainer for the 1.1 update shows up fine, but it doesn't work. i pick perspective switching and it says 17% of buffer used so I know it's activated, however the igk's aren't working. not criticising, just letting you know since everyone else seems to be using regular evox.

btw, thanks for updating for the 1.1 xbe.

when u load the game with their app are u sure it loads the 1.1? becuase i was experiencing many problems when making the trainer, it wouldnt let me connect to debug it. their app just might be reading the update wrong or somethin, ill try it out for myself and if it doesnt work ill contact them and see whats goin on.

yup.
i have the 1.1 as my main default.xbe in the game folder on the hdd, it's also in the dlc update folder, there are no 1.0 xbes either in the $u folder (where they shouldn't be anyways) and in the main folder.
halo2 also says 1.1 at the bottom of the screen

I am reporting that the 1.1 version of the trainer is functional with an X3 bios v3294 using evox to enable it. And It works on all of the Map Update Packs as well. This trainer is non functional using the Xored mini etm launcher.

Actually i had no trouble what so ever using the 1.0 trainer which was launched with the Xored Mini etm launcher, although i have not tried with the 1.1 update.

ps i am pal, although xbox said this doesn't make a difference. :)

yea its really wierd how the updates work...im guessing that the xored mini launcher wont work with any other updated games either. hopefully it will be fixed but theres nothing i can really do about it.

My 1.1 trainer works perfectly with the Xored Mini Trainer Launcher thing; im using the halo 2 vesion picker app too.

hey umm i had some ideas... simple ones, tell me if its possibble

you know when you look left, you gun turns a little bit as well, can you make the gun turn more?

Can you play a indoor map with a ceiling upside down? like you would be walkin on the ceiling?

im not too sure what u mean by that, i can make the view loose as if you were in a vehicle, so when u turn the camera wont focus right away...but isnt youre gun supposed to turn in the direction youre facing for aiming purposes???

i can make the view upside down, but to do what youre talking about u would need to have the bsp inverted, unless u wanna change around the engines game physics

Just played the 1.1 update trainer with the 1.1 update of course, launched with the xored launcher worked perfectly.

I tryed the trainer with 1.1, and the only thing i noticed was the reticle looked too close to my elites head, and in the pictures you posters its a little smaller and further out? Any ideas.

yea...those are pics of my old 3p mod where u had to get out of a vehicle first...then it would automatically put you in that view. you can still get that view by going into 1p and then entering a vehicle, when you go back into 3p the view will be exactly the same.

Thanks for the update. I love it!

However, is it possible to take out the screen vibration on the stationary camera only? It was really noticable to me that when I was off in the distance shooting a SMG or a Needler at the camera, it shook like it would in first person.

yea ive also noticed that, for the time being you can always mod the individual map files and take out the vibration values....although i think i might kno how to fix it. the the perspective thats in the trainer isnt really a stationary camera, there are a couple things like text and then the weapon recoils that affect it, its actually halos debug camera mode but i should just be able to null out everything for an easy fix, if thats the case ill update sometime tomorrow, if not, it might be a while.

you. guys. rock.

I especially like the 3rd person camera view, hoping the minor bugs get worked out (but if they don't, this trainer will still rock)

I have the newest X2 bios, and it works fine for me, be sure to enable normal TSR to get these trainers to work.

One quick little suggestion - different IGKeys, they kind of conflict with my other trainers high jump and suicide keys.

But other than that, these releases rock!!!
