Spaien/Guerilla/tool.exe

Does anyone know where I can find these tools. I have searched on google and can not find them. I'm probably not looking in the right spot or something, but can someone help me out some how either by giving me a link or sending the apps for them over AIM?

They're all in a kit called HEK (Halo Editting Kit)
comes with tool, sapien, and guerilla
