internal skinning

ok
i am modding halo 2, but i am done with all the internal skining that coagulation already has
i need to make some external skins internal
however, i cant seem to get it to work
the Halo2IB.exe doesnt work
the pixeldotz tutorial didnt work for me
and i did everything right
can anyone give me something that can do that ie programs, instructions, etc
